Mandakini Ghosh is a law graduate (B.A. LL.B. (Honors)) from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, India. After completing her graduate degree in law in 2009, she went on to enroll as an Advocate in rolls of the Bar Council of Delhi. Mandakini completed a Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) from Stanford Law School, California in 2019. In the LL.M. program, Mandakini specialized in Environmental  Law and Policies.

Mandakini has a decade of experience in regulatory litigation. She has worked extensively on disputes involving electricity regulatory law with special focus on the renewable energy sector. She is particularly recognized for her expertise in clean energy, energy access and energy tariff disputes. She regularly appears before various State Electricity Regulatory Commissions, the Appellate Tribunal and the Supreme Court of India. She has represented and advised various State Electricity Regulatory Commissions, Distribution Licensees, Conventional Energy Companies, Renewable Energy Companies and Consumer Associations.

Mandakini is based in New Delhi.
